What this workflow does
Not every form entry belongs in the same spreadsheet. One contact form might take sales enquiries, support questions and job applications, and the team working from the sheet only needs one kind. This workflow checks each Elementor Pro form submission and adds a row to Google Sheets only when it passes your conditions.
The Elementor trigger fires when a visitor submits a form built with Elementor Pro. The next step is a Filter set to continue if its conditions are met. When they match, the run goes on to the Google Sheets step, which writes the mapped fields to a new row. When they don't, the run ends at the Filter and nothing is written.
The template ships without conditions, so you set the rule after import. Compare any submitted field against a value, for example a dropdown equal to Sales or a message that contains a particular word. Task History records each run of the workflow, which helps while you test your conditions.

A single contact form has a Topic dropdown. Only entries where the topic is Sales reach the spreadsheet your sales team works through.
Keep test entries out of a client's sheet

- When one field is not enough, add a second condition to the Filter, for example a topic of Sales and a budget field that is not empty.
- After import, send two test entries, one that should pass and one that should not, then check Task History to confirm the Filter treats them the way you expect.

What can the Filter check?
It compares the submitted fields against rules you set, such as a field equal to a value or containing a word. Any field from the form can be used in a condition.
What happens to submissions that fail the conditions?
The run stops at the Filter for that submission, so no row is added to the sheet. The workflow does not change your Elementor form settings, so the form handles the entry as it normally would.
Does this work with the free version of Elementor?
No. The form widget this trigger listens to is part of Elementor Pro, so you need Elementor Pro installed on the same WordPress site as FlowMattic.
Can entries that fail go to a different sheet?
Not as imported. Swap the Filter for a Router with two routes, one for each outcome, and add a Google Sheets step to each route.
