Cancellation & Refund Policy

INFIWEBS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made immediately after the order is placed. Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations may not be feasible once the order is processed.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds for digital products are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please report any issues within 30 days of purchase.
- Refund requests due to product dissatisfaction or misrepresentation must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Customers who have received a refund for a previous purchase and make subsequent purchases will not be eligible for a refund on these later purchases.
- Subscription renewal payments are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel your subscription anytime to avoid future charges.
- Refunds will be processed minus any transaction fees incurred, as these fees are non-refundable.
4. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed by INFIWEBS PRIVATE LIMITED within 1-2 days.
- Refunds on PayPal will take more time, as PayPal does not allow us to add balance to the account for processing refunds. So we need to wait for the next sale to happen.
