Conditional colors
Set a rule — equals, contains, greater than — pick a color, and choose the scope: paint the cell or the entire row. Overdue invoices turn amber on their own; VIP customers glow the moment they qualify.

Insert, update, upsert, find and delete rows from any workflow step — with typed fields per column, so a Person takes first/last/email inputs and Tags accept a simple comma-separated list. Row changes can trigger workflows too.

Summarize columns
Sum, Average, Min, Max or Count any column — live totals sit in the grid footer and update as you filter and edit. Currency columns format their totals correctly.

Drop a 100,000-row file: types are auto-detected — checkboxes, dropdowns, decimals, dates — batches adapt to your connection, and failures retry and resume without duplicating a single row.
AI in a column
Give an AI Text column a prompt template that references other fields — Summarize this feedback: {feedback} — and generate summaries, categories or draft replies right next to your data, one click per cell.

We tell you — we never bill you. Records and writes are hard caps with clear dashboard warnings as you approach them. There are no overage charges, reads are always unlimited, and upgrading is one click and applies immediately.
Nothing sudden. Your database stays fully intact for 30 days after cancellation — resubscribe in that window and everything is exactly as you left it. After that we take a final export and retain it for 90 days before the database is removed. You can also download your own .sql or .csv export while subscribed — once a day on Starter, on demand on Pro and Business.
