Fluent Forms
TRIGGER
Fluent Forms · New Form Submission
The workflow starts automatically when a new form submission is received in Fluent Forms. FlowMattic captures that data for the steps below.
OpenAI (ChatGPT)
ACTION
OpenAI (ChatGPT) · Generate Content
OpenAI (ChatGPT) — generate content based on the prompt provided. Data is mapped from earlier steps; connect your OpenAI (ChatGPT) account on import.
Router
LOGIC
Router · 3 paths
The Router checks your conditions and sends each run down the matching path of 3 — Hot, Warm, Cold — so different cases get different actions.
Slack
ACTION
Slack · Send Channel Message
On the “Hot” path — Slack — post or Schedule a new message to a specific #channel. Data is mapped from earlier steps; connect your Slack account on import.
Email
ACTION
Email · Send Email
On the “Warm” path — Email — send an email using built-in WP mail function or custom SMTP. Data is mapped from earlier steps; connect your Email account on import.
Google Sheets
ACTION
Google Sheets · New Spreadsheet Row
On the “Cold” path — Google Sheets — trigger when a new row is added to the spreadsheet. Data is mapped from earlier steps; connect your Google Sheets account on import.
