You no longer need forms, buttons, or APIs to trigger automation. A simple magic link is all it takes — turning user interactions into powerful automations.
📊 Lookup Table – Make Decisions with Custom Logic
The Lookup Table module allows you to create lightweight, dynamic decision tables right inside your workflows. Pass a key, and it returns the matching value — or a fallback — without needing external apps or APIs.
Why it matters:
Say goodbye to complicated conditional steps or custom-coded logic. Use Lookup Tables for translating values, mapping user roles, pricing tiers, coupon logic, and more — all visually and instantly.
🧠 Smarter Task Management & Workflow Insights
✅ Task History – Now More Intuitive
We’ve improved the Task History page for better tracking and debugging:
- Choose how many tasks to display per page
- Re-executed tasks are now clearly marked and linked with the original task
- Enjoy more clarity while managing task flows at scale
🖼 WordPress Media – Now With Enhanced Details
The New Media action for WordPress now supports:
- Alt Text
- Caption
- Description
This makes your media uploads SEO-friendly and more accessible out of the box.
🛠 Enhancements That Make a Big Difference
- CSV Parser now returns the record count in the response, making data handling much easier.
- Added future-ready support for Connects with custom domain-based auth and APIs.
- Tables – Find Record action now supports date/time strings using hyphens (
-) in addition to slashes (/). - Email Templates now support dynamic pre-headers to improve email open rates.
- Improved clarity in Tables module with:
- Notes explaining column name changes (visual only)
- New fields showing database column keys in the Edit Column popup
- Workflow failure notification emails now redirect to the new Workflow Builder, so you land exactly where you need to troubleshoot.
🛠 Fixes – Because the Details Matter
We’ve addressed critical bugs that improve the reliability of routers, custom apps, webhook responses, WordPress actions, dynamic data tags, and more.
