A trigger is the event that starts the workflow; an action is what FlowMattic performs to sync data with Pointics.

Points Earned
Triggers when a member earns points, whether awarded manually or by an earning channel. A channel award also fires Channel Awarded, so listening to both runs two workflows for one award.

Triggers when a member balance is corrected by hand. The points value is negative when points were taken away.

Points Expired
Triggers once per expiry sweep and carries only the number of expired lots. There is no member on this event, so use it for admin alerts, not for member emails.

Triggers when an earning channel awards points, and carries the channel and the calculation breakdown. Points Earned fires for the same award.

Triggers when a channel award is clawed back, for example after a refund or a cancelled order.
