A truly fantastic automation plugin

Effectively having Zapier/Pabbly/N8N, etc but in Wordpress and with much deeper integrations with various Wordpress plugins and with the WP ecosystem. It is very cost effective as don't pay per task. You can run millions of operations for the same fixed cost. If you're a no-code user you will love this tool. But even if you want to use low code (as I sometimes do) it allows you to do that e.g. calling PHP functions including ones you can code yourself (or get AI to code for you) This is by far the best WP automation tool on the market (I've used pretty much all of them). And it can even act as a replacement for other SaaS options like Zapier etc. The level of development on the tool over the last few years by Nitin and his team has been fantastic.

Some features were missing initially but the development team added them quickly and got me going. Whenever I had an issue, Support was on it and responded quickly. Overall, I got up and running quickly and have had a great experience.

I've been using this WordPress plugin for the past two (almost three) years across 4-5 of my WordPress sites, and I haven't had to worry about CPU/RAM usage at all. It's an efficient and well-coded tool that seamlessly automates connections between WordPress and external services, such as vBout. But it does much more than that. Flowmattic enables me to create automation between 2-10 external services without any task limits. Setting it up on your WordPress site takes less than 5 minutes. Flowmattic has a founder who is community-focused and always willing to go the extra mile to assist end users with their issues. New integrations are released regularly every week. However, that's just the beginning—you can also create custom app profiles by referring to the API documentation of external services. The workflow builder is straightforward and easy to learn. I'm sharing this recommendation after using it extensively, with over 300,000 task executions. It's worth noting that Flowmattic is not a SaaS but a WordPress plugin, so you'll need at least one WordPress instance to use it without any limitations. In terms of problem-solving, Flowmattic dramatically reduces human errors and automates tasks and data exchange between cloud-based solutions in a matter of seconds. Tasks that could take 30-60 minutes to complete manually can now be done in a minute. This significantly saves time, improves efficiency, and enhances accuracy. I have read the reviews. I won't repeat what has been covered well by other reviewers. I will add that flowmattic is indeed changing the way we think of automation. Zapier is the most well known. Make was a challenger, but almost the same as Zapier. Pabbly Connect (which I own and love) changed the game with its Lifetime Deal. Robomotion and other RPAs came along and gave us a new way of automating beyond webservices, SaaS, etc. Now, Flowmattic is enabling webdevelopers to host their own Automation platform and killing the concept of counting 'zaps', flows or steps. You are limited only by your server capability to scale. Also, Wordpress can now serve not only as a Content Management System (CMS), but also become a full fledged application development system even for non coders. Flowmattic helps us all create never seen before applications, rich with data and interactions that simply promise to democratise the web even further. I recently found Flowmattic and i am just loving all the possibilities it brings. I've been a wordpress user for a long time, so i really like that i have the tool inside my wordpress installation. But after testing it and seeing examples in the Flowmattic community, i realized it's much more than just a wordpress plugin. Yes, you need one to set it up on a WP, but once set up, the automations can be done with other tools, so you don't need to be restricted by your wordpress needs. Also, it already has a very engaged community with a very responsive team, things that are very important for the growth of the tool. Since i joined, not long ago, many new integrations were released and many are on their way. The User Interface is clean and intuitive, i like that. And on top of that, you are not restricted by a number of tasks, so really it is a gem. An amazing tool.

I've used and have active licenses with the 2 main plugin competitors in this space ( Uncanny & AutomatorWP ). This one has a real chance at allowing me to finally stop those subscriptions, it's just missing a few key features for my use cases and integrations before I can say its the official winner. If they honor the roadmap then it will for sure come out on top. Why did I buy FlowMattic while I already have 2 automation plugins? Built in Router, PHP Functions, PHP Array, Iterator, Filter and Email Parser. No other plugins have this and the router is so so important to me for CRM and other use cases. Scheduling allows me to create automation cron jobs!!! Webpage Parser, so cool! I had another plugin for that but now I don't need it. Integrations from other known LTD deals! Nobody else is doing this. Custom Actions making in developer friendly! I am so pumped at the possibilities with this plugin that I couldn't do with the others.

As I have already found out in Facebook groups, many people ask "Why spend so much on FlowMattic when I have another similar tool for 49?" This is due to lack of knowledge about FlowMattic. But all you need to do is run the demo page on the developer's website to understand that FlowMattic is a completely different league. This is not an ordinary application's connector, but a very advanced tool for which the only limitation is the knowledge of the plugin, at least basic knowledge related to the API (if you need very advanced things) and imagination. Plus, I love how lightweight the plugin is, built from the ground up with the user's system performance in mind. The plugin file is only 500kb and the most advanced modules are already enabled by default. You can run the individual integrations only when you need them. I don't know of any other plugin that handles performance issues in such a professional way. Kudos to the developer!

I live in a country without access to Stripe. However, I have a BuyMeACoffee account that allows me sell products and I get paid. Having seen the crazy prices of Zapier and others with caps on tasks, FlowMattic caught my eye. I've installed the plugin and it so easy to use, everything well documented and seamless process to integrate my SaaS and Wordpress plugins. What I absolutely love is the fact you can create a custom app using API, I mean this is incredible unique and means you can literally connect to any app you wish that has their REST API documentation available. FlowMattic is awesome for automations. It is intuitive, has a great look and feel, and the founder, Nitin, is fantastic. He is quick to respond and support you. You can't beat unlimited automations. You know how with other services, you're always worried about if you're going to use up your credits, or you have no idea what even counts as a task or operation or whatever? None of those concerns with FlowMattic. Just set it up to do whatever you want to do. If you don't have a Wordpress site, it might even be worth your time to get a domain and Wordpress setup just for doing FlowMattic automations. That might sound a little bonkers, but when you think about how cost effective it is -- that you've basically created an unlimited Zapier that way -- it might be worth doing.

Makes WP Automation so much easier!

I had a specific use case, which I had added to their roadmap, where I wanted to receive an email and then turn it into a post for a CPT with the attachments saved to it. I tested the integration for Nitin and I'm very impressed. Initially there were a few things it was missing for me, but Nitin very quickly added them for me. For any action that there wasn't a specific integration for, FlowMattic has one called 'PHP Function', which is very powerful. Since FlowMattic runs on your WP site, using 'PHP Function', you can very easily run any php function or custom function and handle the returned data in another step. It was also straight forward to use, without needing to look at docs. I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops.

Awesome Wordpress Automation Plugin

I got FlowMattic as LTD with unlimited domains at a very fair price. It is pretty intuitive (I am not a techie) and I was able to start using it on my production site within 30 minutes. The team has an extremely high speed of developing new integrations. The founder, Nitin, is very responsive and you can write him directly via messenger. You can send them requests and when other users are upvoting it you will see it developed in about 1-2 weeks. My automations are working fully stable. You can activate and deactivate each integration. The founder is such a nice and polite guy, I am always happy chatting with him. We are using FlowMattic on all our sites and recommend it to all our business clients.

Only my imagination is the limit

With Flowmattic I can do absolutely everything I need in terms of automation in my Wordpress There are several plugins that do this and that, but I like to create custom jobs. Flowmattic has given me what I was missing: the possibility to automate processes without leaving Wordpress. Just to give an example, in my last job this happens: 1. A person signs up to the association through a form created with Typebot.io. 2. Before collecting the payment in Stripe, all the data is dumped into a database in my wordpress and the person is given a "pre-associate" role. 3. Once the payment is received by Stripe, the role is changed to "associate". 4. A new user is created with the name "associate". 5. A CPT is created for the public profile of the new partner. 6. A second CPT is created for a personalised website for the new partner. 7. An email is sent to the new partner with all the instructions and data to be able to access their area and modify both their public profile and their public website. Apart from this, I also use Flowmattic to edit these CPTs directly in the frontend. And I must add that the support is excellent. One of the best I've ever known. Just amazing
