Supported triggers & actions in RevenueCat
A trigger is the event that starts the workflow; an action is what FlowMattic performs to sync data with RevenueCat.
Initial Purchase
Triggers when a new subscription is purchased.
TriggerRenewal
Triggers when an existing subscription is renewed, or a lapsed user resubscribes.
TriggerCancellation
Triggers when a subscription or non-renewing purchase is cancelled or refunded.
TriggerUncancellation
Triggers when a cancelled but not yet expired subscription is re-enabled.
TriggerNon Renewing Purchase
Triggers when a customer makes a purchase that will not auto-renew.
TriggerSubscription Paused
Triggers when a subscription is scheduled to pause at the end of the current period. Google Play only.
TriggerExpiration
Triggers when a subscription has expired and access should be removed.
TriggerBilling Issue
Triggers when an attempt to charge the subscriber fails.
TriggerProduct Change
Triggers when the subscriber changes their subscription product.
TriggerSubscription Extended
Triggers when an existing subscription is extended, pushing back the expiration.
TriggerRefund Reversed
Triggers when a refund is reversed. App Store only.
TriggerInvoice Issuance
Triggers when a new unpaid invoice is issued. RevenueCat Billing only.
TriggerTransfer
Triggers when a transfer of transactions and entitlements is initiated between App User IDs.
TriggerTemporary Entitlement Grant
Triggers when RevenueCat issues a temporary outage grant, lasting up to 24 hours.
TriggerVirtual Currency Transaction
Triggers when a virtual currency transaction occurs.
TriggerExperiment Enrollment
Triggers when a customer is enrolled in an experiment.
TriggerPurchase Redeemed
Triggers when a Paddle, RevenueCat Billing or Stripe purchase is redeemed.
TriggerSubscriber Alias Created
Triggers when a new app user ID is aliased to an existing customer. Legacy - only fires for apps still calling the deprecated createAlias SDK method.
TriggerPrice Increase Consent Required
Triggers when a price increase requires customer consent before the next renewal.
TriggerPrice Increase Consent Approved
Triggers when a customer consents to a pending price increase.
TriggerTest Event
Triggers when the Send Test Event button is pressed on the webhook configuration. Useful to prove the wiring before a real purchase depends on it.
TriggerGet Customer
Read a customer's active entitlements, subscriptions summary and attributes. Returns 404 if the customer does not exist - it does not create one.
ActionCreate Customer
Create a customer in a project, optionally with attributes such as $email and $displayName.
ActionDelete Customer
Permanently delete a customer and their purchase history from RevenueCat.
ActionSet Customer Attributes
Set or clear up to 50 attributes (email, display name, custom fields) on a customer.
ActionGrant Promotional Entitlement
Grant a customer an entitlement for a set duration or until a set time, without a store purchase.
ActionRevoke Promotional Entitlement
Revoke the promotional grants of an entitlement previously given to a customer.
ActionList Offerings
List every offering in the project, optionally with its packages and products. Project-wide - this is not the set of offerings a specific customer would see.
ActionCancel Subscription (Web Billing)
Cancel a Web Billing subscription so it does not renew. Web Billing only - App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled by the customer in the store.
ActionRefund and Revoke Subscription (Google Play)
Refund a Google Play subscription transaction through Google and revoke the access it granted. Refunds the latest transaction when none is given. Google Play only.
ActionExtend Subscription
Extend an active subscription by a number of days or until a set time. Works for App Store, Google Play and Web Billing subscriptions; Apple allows two extensions per customer per year.
ActionList Customers
List customers in a project, optionally filtered by a search term (exact email, app user ID or store transaction ID).
ActionTransfer Purchases
Transfer a customer's subscriptions and one-time purchases to a different customer.
