What this workflow does
Drop-ship orders move between your store and your suppliers, and keeping a clear list of what has shipped usually means exporting reports and pasting them somewhere. This workflow writes each fulfillment into Airtable as it happens, so the list builds itself.
The Convictional trigger, Order Fulfilled, fires when a fulfillment is added to an order. It does not fire when an existing fulfillment is updated. FlowMattic passes the order data from that event to Airtable, where Create Record adds a new record to the base and table you pick, filling the fields you map.
Because each added fulfillment is its own event, an order shipped in two parts can produce two records. Add a field for the fulfillment or tracking details if you need to tell them apart. Task History lists each run with the data sent to Airtable.

Will an order shipped in several parts create several Airtable records?
It can. The trigger fires each time a fulfillment is added to an order, so every added fulfillment creates its own record.
Are orders fulfilled before I import the workflow added?
No. Only fulfillments added after the workflow is turned on reach Airtable.
What if the order already has a record in Airtable?
Create Record always adds a new record. It does not look for an existing one, so a second fulfillment for the same order appears as a separate record.
Do I need a particular Airtable table layout?
No set layout is required. Create the fields you want in your table, then map Convictional order data to them in the Airtable step.
