What this workflow does
A new system page on a Hudby site is easy to miss if nobody is told it exists. Someone should look it over, and remembering to do that for each one is the hard part. This workflow puts a review task in Todoist whenever one is created.
The Hudby trigger fires when a system page is created. FlowMattic describes this trigger for creation only, unlike Hudby's Pages and Blog triggers, which also fire on updates. FlowMattic passes the page data to Todoist, whose Create Task action adds a new task. You write the task title, for example Review followed by the page name, and add the page details to the description if the step offers one.
Each new system page creates one task. Edit a system page once during testing to confirm edits don't add more. Task History shows what was sent to Todoist on each run, which is useful when checking your mapping.
