What this workflow does
Sales made through Copecart show up in your Copecart account, but your team spends the day in Slack. Someone has to check the dashboard and pass the news along. This workflow posts each payment straight into a Slack channel instead.
The Copecart trigger uses Instant Payment Notification, which fires when a payment is received in Copecart. The payment data Copecart sends becomes available to map. FlowMattic then uses Slack to post a message in the channel you pick, with the text you write and any payment details you place in it, such as the product or the amount.
There is no filter in the template, so every notification Copecart sends produces one Slack message. Run a test payment after import to see exactly which fields Copecart includes, then build the message from them.
