What this workflow does
An Elementor form on your site is often the main way people join your list. Those entries don't reach Brevo (Sendinblue) by themselves, and adding them without a check lets typos and throwaway addresses in. This workflow carries each sign-up across and verifies the address first.
The run begins when a visitor submits a form built with Elementor Pro. FlowMattic sends the email field to Emailable using Verify Single Email. Whatever Emailable reports about the address is kept as data the rest of the workflow can use.
A Filter with Continue If then reads that report. You set its condition after import, usually the result Emailable gives for a deliverable address. When the condition holds, Brevo ( Sendinblue ) runs Create a New Contact with the fields you map from the form. When it doesn't, the run ends and the address stays out of your Brevo account.
The form behaves exactly as before for the visitor. Each run appears in Task History, so you can check which sign-ups were added and which were stopped by the Filter.

Elementor New Form SubmissionTriggers when a visitor submits an Elementor Pro form on your site. All of the form's fields are passed along for the verification, the Filter and the Brevo step.

Asks Emailable to verify the email address from the form. Connect your Emailable account and map the email field. Emailable's answer is then available to the Filter.

Checks the Emailable result against the condition you enter after import. Sign-ups that pass continue to Brevo. Sign-ups that fail stop here and no contact is created.

- If your form has a consent checkbox, add it as a second Filter condition so only people who ticked it reach Brevo.
- Map the form's name field into the Brevo step as well as the email, so your campaigns can greet each new contact by name.
Questions about this workflow
Do I need Elementor Pro?
Yes. Elementor's form widget is part of Elementor Pro, so it must be active on the same WordPress site as FlowMattic for the trigger to fire.
Is the email checked before the visitor sees the success message?
No. The workflow runs after the submission is made, so the visitor's experience is the same. The check only decides whether a Brevo contact is created.
What if the address is already a contact in Brevo?
The template uses Create a New Contact and does not look the contact up first. Try it with an address that already exists in your Brevo account to see the result before going live.
Does the Filter come with a condition?
No. You fill in the condition after import, based on the result Emailable returns for a valid address.
