Every form submission is logged to Google Sheets. A Router then reads the message: messages mentioning pricing ping the sales channel in Slack, and messages mentioning help without pricing email the helpdesk. A message with both goes to sales only.

On the “Sales (mentions pricing)” path — Slack — post or Schedule a new message to a specific #channel. Data is mapped from earlier steps; connect your Slack account on import.
