What this workflow does
Lead Prosper collects and routes leads from your campaigns, but not everyone on your team works inside it. A spreadsheet is often the easiest place for a manager, a partner or a call team to see who came in. This workflow copies each new lead into Google Sheets as it arrives.
The Lead Prosper trigger fires when a new lead is captured through one of your Lead Prosper campaigns. FlowMattic receives the lead's data and passes it to Google Sheets, where Add New Row writes it to the spreadsheet and worksheet you pick. You decide which lead field goes in which column.
Every captured lead gets its own row, in the order they arrive. Nothing checks for duplicates, so a person captured twice appears twice. Task History keeps a record of each run if you need to trace a lead back to its row.
Daily call list for an outbound team
Agents work from a shared Google Sheet instead of Lead Prosper. New campaign leads appear as rows they can claim and mark as called.
Reporting leads to a client
Share a read-only sheet with a client so they can see each lead their campaign produced without a Lead Prosper login.
Comparing campaigns in a pivot table
Map the campaign name into a column, then build a pivot table in the sheet to count leads per campaign.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Lead Prosper New LeadFires when Lead Prosper captures a new lead through one of your campaigns. The lead's data is passed to FlowMattic for mapping.
Google Sheets Add New RowWrites the lead to a new row in your chosen Google Sheets spreadsheet. Set up the column headers first, map each lead field to a column, and connect your Google account.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Lead Prosper AccountAccount
- Google Sheets AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add a column for the date the row was added and map the time of the run into it, so you can see how fresh each lead is.
- Add a Filter after the trigger if this sheet should only hold leads from one campaign, using a campaign value from the lead data.
- Capture a test lead in Lead Prosper after import so FlowMattic has real lead fields to map into your columns.
Questions about this workflow
Which Lead Prosper leads start the workflow?
Each new lead captured through a Lead Prosper campaign. Leads captured before you turn the workflow on are not added.
What if the same person comes in through Lead Prosper twice?
They get two rows. The Google Sheets step always adds a row and doesn't look for an existing one.
Can I send the leads to several sheets?
Yes. Add another Google Sheets step, or use a Router with a condition per route if different campaigns should go to different sheets.
