What this workflow does
Forms collect mistyped and made-up email addresses along with real ones. When those addresses reach your email list, they bounce on the next campaign. This workflow runs each address from a Formaloo form past ZeroBounce before the sign-up goes on to Campaign Monitor, so you know how each address checked out.
When a Formaloo form gets a new submission, FlowMattic sends the email field to ZeroBounce with its Verify Single Email action. ZeroBounce's reply becomes data you can use in later steps. The last step adds the person as a subscriber to the Campaign Monitor list you pick, using the name and email from the form.
As imported, there is no Filter between the check and Campaign Monitor, so every submission is added whatever ZeroBounce says. To keep failed addresses off the list, add a Filter on ZeroBounce's result. The tips explain how.

- If you want a record of rejected addresses, swap the Filter idea for a Router: one route adds valid addresses to Campaign Monitor, another logs the rest in Google Sheets.
Questions about this workflow
Are invalid emails kept out of Campaign Monitor?
Not as imported. ZeroBounce checks each address, but every submission still reaches the Add Subscriber step. Add a Filter on ZeroBounce's result to stop failed addresses there.
Do I need a ZeroBounce account?
Yes. The check runs through the ZeroBounce account you connect in FlowMattic, so each Formaloo submission is checked under that account.
What happens when a Formaloo respondent is already a Campaign Monitor subscriber?
Campaign Monitor decides how to handle an address that is already a subscriber. Test with an address already on the list and check Task History to see the response.
Is the Formaloo entry changed in any way?
No. FlowMattic reads the submission after Formaloo saves it. The ZeroBounce check only affects what you do in later steps.
