What this workflow does
Lead capture inside a video only pays off when those leads reach the tools you follow up with. Left in Vadootv, they wait for an export. This workflow sends each lead to a spreadsheet for record keeping and to ActiveCampaign for your email follow-up.
The Vadootv trigger fires on the Lead Captured event. The first action adds a new row in Google Sheets, giving you one line per lead. The second runs Create or Update Contact in ActiveCampaign, which adds the lead as a contact or updates the existing contact with the same email.
None of the steps have fields mapped in the template. After import, capture a test lead in Vadootv, then map its details into the sheet's columns and into the ActiveCampaign contact. Every lead runs both steps, since there is no condition between them, so the sheet becomes a full log of what Vadootv captured.
