What this workflow does
Feedback on a changelog or product update is most useful when the people who built the feature actually see it. Left inside AnnounceKit, it is easy to miss. This workflow keeps a running log of every piece of feedback in a spreadsheet and tells your team in Slack each time a new one arrives.
The AnnounceKit trigger fires when new feedback is posted, and passes the feedback's details on. Post a test piece of feedback after connecting it to see exactly which values arrive, such as the message and the post it relates to.
The Google Sheets step then adds one row per feedback item. It ships without column mapping, so after import you pick the spreadsheet and sheet and match the AnnounceKit values to your headers. Over time the sheet becomes a record you can sort by date or by post.
