What this workflow does
Not everyone who supplies products should have access to the WooCommerce admin. A maker, a vendor or a junior staff member may only need to send a name, a price and a description. A Contact Form 7 form on a private page can collect that, and this workflow turns each entry into a product.
The Contact Form 7 trigger fires when the form is submitted. FlowMattic takes the submitted fields and passes them to WooCommerce, whose Create New Product action adds a product to the store on the same WordPress site. You map each form field to the product detail it belongs to.
Anyone who can reach the form can create a product, so keep it on a page only trusted people can open, and review new products before they go on sale. Submit a test entry after import, then open the product in WooCommerce to check what was filled in. Each product creation also shows up as a run in Task History.

What if two Contact Form 7 entries describe the same product?
Each submission creates its own product, so you get two. The workflow doesn't check for an existing product with the same name.
Can the product form live on a different site from the WooCommerce store?
