Log new Sarv leads in a Google Sheets spreadsheet
Each new lead captured in Sarv is added as a row in Google Sheets with the details you map, so your team has one shared list of incoming leads to sort, assign and follow up.

What this workflow does
Sarv captures leads from your calls and channels, but a spreadsheet is often where a small team divides the work: who calls whom, what was said, what happens next. Copying each lead across by hand takes time and leads get missed. This workflow adds them to Google Sheets as Sarv captures them.
The Sarv trigger fires when a new lead is captured, and FlowMattic receives the lead data Sarv sends. The Google Sheets step then appends a row to the spreadsheet you select, with each column filled from the lead value you map to it, such as the name, phone number and source.
Every captured lead becomes one row, and the workflow only adds rows. Columns you add yourself for notes or status stay yours to fill. Task History shows each run, the Sarv data and the row sent to Google Sheets.
Callback list for a sales team
Agents open the sheet each morning, take the newest Sarv leads and type the call outcome in a column next to each one.
Lead counts by source
A manager builds a pivot table on the source column to see where this week's Sarv leads came from.
Sharing leads with a partner
A franchise partner without a Sarv login works from a shared Google Sheet that fills with new leads for their area.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Sarv New LeadRuns when Sarv captures a new lead. The lead data Sarv sends, such as contact details, is passed on for mapping into spreadsheet columns.
Google Sheets Add New RowAppends a row for each Sarv lead to the Google Sheets file and tab you choose. Connect your Google account and map the lead values to your column headers.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Sarv AccountAccount
- Google Sheets AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add columns for owner and status to the right of the mapped ones. The workflow fills its columns and leaves yours for the team to update.
- Add a Filter after the Sarv trigger if you only want leads from one source or campaign in this sheet.
- Let Sarv capture one test lead after import so FlowMattic records the lead data, then map each column before you turn the workflow on.
Questions about this workflow
Does a Sarv lead appear twice if the same person calls again?
If Sarv captures it as a new lead, it starts a new run and adds another row. The workflow doesn't check the sheet for existing entries.
Which Sarv lead details can go into Google Sheets?
Whatever Sarv sends with the New Lead event. After the first lead comes through, the Google Sheets step lists the captured values you can map.
Will older Sarv leads be added to the sheet?
No. Only leads captured after the workflow is turned on start a run.
Can my team edit the rows the Sarv workflow adds?
Yes. The rows are ordinary spreadsheet rows. The workflow doesn't touch them after adding them.
