Verify a Typeform submission email with Bounceless, then create a Pabbly customer

Each new Typeform response has its email address checked by Bounceless, and then a customer is created in Pabbly Subscriptions Billing from the answers you map.

Typeform Bounceless Pabbly Subscriptions

3 steps Setup ~5 min Used on 1.5k sites Free to import

The Verify a Typeform submission email with Bounceless, then create a Pabbly customer workflow on the FlowMattic canvas, with 3 steps across Typeform, Bounceless, Pabbly Subscriptions
The workflow as it appears in the builder after import. Each step opens for editing.

What this workflow does

A Typeform order or application form is a handy way to collect billing details, but a mistyped email means invoices and receipts never arrive. This workflow checks each address with Bounceless as the response comes in, then sets the person up as a customer in Pabbly Subscriptions Billing.

The Typeform trigger fires on a new form submission and passes the answers to FlowMattic. Next, the Bounceless Verify Email step checks the email answer and returns its result.

The template doesn't act on that result. Every response continues to the Pabbly Subscriptions Create Customer step, whether the address passed the check or not. Open Task History after a test response to see the fields Bounceless returns, so you can decide whether to stop bad addresses with a Filter.

None of the steps is mapped yet. After import, connect Typeform, Bounceless and Pabbly, map the email answer into Bounceless, and map the name and email answers into the customer fields Pabbly shows. Each submission uses one Bounceless check and sends one Create Customer request.

Client intake before the first invoice

A design studio's Typeform intake form collects a new client's contact details. The email is checked, and the client appears in Pabbly ready for a retainer plan.

Course application with billing

A training provider uses Typeform for applications. Each applicant becomes a Pabbly customer, and the Bounceless result in the run shows whether their address looked deliverable.

Pre-orders taken through a form

A small brand takes pre-order sign-ups in Typeform and creates a Pabbly customer for each one, so it can bill them when stock arrives.

How this workflow runs

What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.

  1. Step 1Trigger
    Typeform New Form Submission

Starts a run each time a new Typeform response comes in. Their answers, including the email address and name, are passed to the Bounceless and Pabbly steps for mapping.

  2. Step 2Action
    Bounceless Verify Email

Checks the respondent's email address with Bounceless and returns the result. Map the Typeform email answer after import; no later step in the template reads the result.

  3. Step 3Action
    Pabbly Subscriptions Create Customer

Creates a new customer in Pabbly Subscriptions Billing for every response, whatever Bounceless returned. Connect Pabbly and map the Typeform name and email answers.

What you need

  • FlowMatticCore
  • Typeform AccountAccount
  • Bounceless AccountAccount
  • Pabbly Subscriptions AccountAccount

After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.

Make it yours

Changes worth making after you import it.

  • To create customers only for valid addresses, put a Filter between the Bounceless step and the Pabbly step that checks the verification result. Pick the field and value from a test run.
  • Use Typeform's email question type for the address, so respondents get basic format checking before Bounceless sees it.
  • Add Pabbly's Create Subscription action after Create Customer if each respondent should start on a plan, mapping the customer the previous step created.

Questions about this workflow

Do invalid Typeform emails still become Pabbly customers?

Yes, as imported. The Bounceless check runs, but nothing reads its result, so every response reaches Create Customer. A Filter between the Bounceless and Pabbly steps keeps failing addresses out.

What if the respondent is already a Pabbly customer?

The workflow still sends Create Customer with their details. Pabbly decides whether to accept a second customer with that email, and you can see its reply for the run in Task History.

Which Typeform answers can I send to Pabbly?

Any answer from the form. Submit a test response, then map the questions you need into the customer fields the Create Customer step offers.
