When a new form submission is received in Forminator, create a new user in Pabbly Subscriptions
Each new Forminator form submission on your WordPress site creates a customer in Pabbly Subscriptions, so people who sign up through your form are ready to be billed.

What this workflow does
If you take sign-ups with a Forminator form and bill through Pabbly Subscriptions, every new entry means copying a name and email from one place to the other. This workflow does the copying: each submission becomes a Pabbly customer.
The Forminator trigger starts a run whenever someone submits the form you choose on your site, and passes every field value on. The Pabbly Subscriptions step then creates a new customer from those values.
The Create Customer step ships unmapped. After import you pick the Forminator form, submit one test entry, connect your Pabbly account and match the form's name and email fields, plus any other details you collect, to the customer record. The title calls them users, but in Pabbly the record created is a customer.
Every submission creates a customer, with no check for duplicates or test entries. If the same person sends the form twice, Pabbly receives two requests; test with an email that's already a customer and see Pabbly's response in Task History.
Service sign-ups on a WordPress site
A web design studio's Forminator onboarding form sets up each new client in Pabbly Subscriptions, ready for the monthly care-plan invoice.
Membership application forms
A local club collects membership applications with Forminator and has each applicant ready in Pabbly before the annual dues go out.
Tutoring enquiries that become clients
A tutoring service records each family that fills in its Forminator enrolment form as a Pabbly customer, so billing can start with the first lesson.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Forminator New Form SubmissionStarts the workflow each time the Forminator form you pick receives a new submission. Choose the form after import and submit a test entry so its fields can be mapped.
Pabbly Subscriptions Create CustomerCreates a new customer in Pabbly Subscriptions from the Forminator entry. Connect your Pabbly account and map the form's name and email fields into the customer during setup.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Forminator PluginPlugin
- Pabbly Subscriptions AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Make the email field required in Forminator, so every submission carries an address Pabbly can use for the customer.
- If the form also collects enquiries that shouldn't become customers, add a Filter between the Forminator trigger and the Pabbly step on a choice field such as a request type. That field is an example for you to set to your own form.
- Add Pabbly's Create Subscription action after Create Customer, mapping the new customer into it, if each sign-up should also start a subscription right away.
Questions about this workflow
Does this work with Forminator polls and quizzes?
No, it listens for form entries only. FlowMattic's Forminator integration has separate triggers for poll and quiz submissions if you need them.
Is a subscription started for each Forminator sign-up?
No. The workflow creates the customer record only. Add a Create Subscription step after it if you want Pabbly to start a subscription too.
Which Forminator fields end up in Pabbly Subscriptions?
The ones you map in the Create Customer step. As imported nothing is mapped, so choose at least the name and email after your first test submission.
Does the Forminator form need a particular layout?
No. Any Forminator form works, as long as it collects the details you want to send to Pabbly, such as name and email.
