Configure Webhooks

<ul><li>Login to Jira account as a user with the Administer Jira <a class="conf-macro output-inline" href="https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/managing-global-permissions-776636359.html" data-macro-name="sp-plaintextbody-link" data-hasbody="true">global permission.</a></li><li><span class="conf-macro output-inline" data-hasbody="false" data-macro-name="excerpt-include">Choose <span class="confluence-embedded-file-wrapper confluence-embedded-manual-size conf-macro output-inline conf-macro output-inline" data-hasbody="false" data-macro-name="excerpt-include"><img class="confluence-embedded-image confluence-thumbnail" src="https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/files/945104532/953138831/1/1530296096612/cog.png" height="18" /></span> > Settings > Jira Settings > System.</span></li><li><span class="conf-macro output-inline" data-hasbody="false" data-macro-name="excerpt-include">Navigate to left sidebar, and go to Advanced > WebHooks.</span></li><li>Click on Create a webhook and p<span class="conf-macro output-inline" data-hasbody="false" data-macro-name="excerpt-include">rovide the name to your webhook.</span></li><li>Make sure that Status is Enabled.</li><li>Copy the Webhook URL above & paste it under URL field.</li><li>If necessary you can specify a JQL query to send only events triggered by matching issues<br />under Issue related events section, for Ex: project = Motorhead AND issuetype = Bug<br />for more info on syntax help have a look at this documentation <a href="https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-advanced-search-with-jira-query-language-jql/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">here.</a></li><li>Select the desired event from the checkboxes for this webhook URL Ex: Issues Updated.</li><li>For more information, check documentation <a href="https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/webhooks/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>here.</strong></a></li></ul>
