What this workflow does

Contacts you add in Servis.ai are the people you most want to keep in touch with, but moving them into Mailchimp by hand is slow and easy to forget. This workflow passes each one to your Mailchimp audience as Servis.ai reports it, so they can receive your nurture emails.

The Servis.ai trigger is Setup Webhooks, which runs on the events you set up inside Servis.ai. For this flow, set it to the event for new contacts. Each time Servis.ai sends that event, FlowMattic receives the contact data. The Mailchimp Add New Member step then adds the person to the audience you pick, using the email address and any other values you map.

If the email address is already on that audience, Mailchimp updates the existing member instead of adding a second copy. Whatever events you subscribe the webhook to will reach Mailchimp, so keep it to contact events. Each run shows in Task History with the Servis.ai data and Mailchimp's response.
