Create a HubSpot CRM contact from each Clarityflow form submission
Each time someone submits a form in Clarityflow, this workflow creates a contact in HubSpot CRM from their answers, so coaching enquiries and intake forms become CRM contacts your team can follow up with.

What this workflow does
Coaches and consultants use Clarityflow forms for intake questions, applications and enquiries. If your sales or client records live in HubSpot, each person who fills in a form has to be added there before anyone can track the relationship. This workflow creates the HubSpot contact as soon as the form is submitted.
The Clarityflow trigger fires when a form is submitted. The answers from that form are handed to the HubSpot CRM step, which runs Create Contact. You map the email answer to the contact's email and add other answers, such as name, to the contact properties you choose.
The HubSpot step makes new contacts without searching your CRM first, so a person who is already in your CRM may be refused as a duplicate email, and the run's response in Task History shows what happened. Each new submission runs the workflow, so a client who fills in two forms triggers it twice.
Coaching application forms
Prospective clients apply through a Clarityflow form. Each applicant becomes a HubSpot contact so you can track them through your sales pipeline.
Free discovery call requests
A Clarityflow form books interest in a discovery call. The person lands in HubSpot, where your team logs the call and next steps.
Workshop interest list
People register interest in an upcoming group programme through a Clarityflow form, and HubSpot holds the list for your launch emails.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Clarityflow Form SubmittedRuns when a form is submitted in your Clarityflow account. Each answer from that submission becomes data you can map into HubSpot.
HubSpot CRM Create ContactAdds the form's submitter to HubSpot CRM as a new contact. Map the Clarityflow email answer to the contact's email and any other answers to the properties you want, then submit a test form to check the contact.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Clarityflow AccountAccount
- HubSpot CRM AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Make sure your Clarityflow form asks for an email address, since HubSpot uses it to identify the contact.
- Add a Filter after the trigger that continues only for one form, if you run several Clarityflow forms and only some should create CRM contacts.
- Submit a test form with a fresh email address after import, so the first run creates a contact cleanly and you can check each mapped property.
Questions about this workflow
What happens if the Clarityflow submitter is already in HubSpot?
The step only creates contacts, so HubSpot may refuse a duplicate email. Task History shows the response for that run, and the existing contact is left as it was.
Can Clarityflow answers go into custom HubSpot properties?
Check the HubSpot step after import to see which properties it lists for mapping. Submit a test form first, so the Clarityflow answers are there to map.
Are earlier Clarityflow form submissions sent to HubSpot?
No. Only forms submitted after you switch the workflow on create contacts.
