What this workflow does
An accepted invitation means a new person has joined, and that is often the start of onboarding work. If you track people and tasks in Airtable, you need a record for each newcomer. This workflow creates it as soon as Edens reports the acceptance.
The Edens trigger fires when an invitation is accepted, and the invitation's data comes into FlowMattic. The Airtable step then creates a new record in the base and table you pick, with the data mapped to your fields.
Each acceptance creates one record, so it suits a table that logs joiners. The workflow doesn't look for an existing record first, so a person with a row already gets a second one. Task History lists every acceptance handled and Airtable's response.

Does this update an existing Airtable record?
No. The step creates a new record for every accepted invitation. If the person already has a row, you will have two.
Are Edens invitations that are only created recorded in Airtable?
No. Only acceptances start a run. Edens has a separate New Invitation Created trigger if you want those too.
