Email the client a confirmation when an Orufy Bookings appointment is rescheduled
When an Orufy Bookings appointment is rescheduled, FlowMattic sends the client an email from your Gmail account with the new details you map, so they have the changed time in writing.

What this workflow does
A moved appointment is easy to get wrong. The client might remember the old time, or not notice a calendar update. A short email from your own address confirming the change gives them something clear to refer back to. This workflow sends that email each time a booking is moved.
The Orufy Bookings trigger, Appointment Rescheduled, fires when an appointment is rescheduled. FlowMattic then runs Gmail's Send Email action through the Gmail account you connect. You set the recipient to the client's email from the booking and write the subject and body, mapping in details such as the service and the new time.
The email goes out on every reschedule, so a booking moved twice produces two emails. Reschedule a test booking first and check that the client's email and the new time are in the trigger data before you map them.
Salon or spa appointments
A client moves a massage to Friday, and they get a Gmail message from the spa confirming the new day and time.
Consultations with a personal touch
A coach sends reschedule confirmations from their own Gmail address, so clients can reply directly with questions.
Repair or home-service visits
When a technician visit is moved, the customer gets an email with the new slot and what to prepare before the visit.

After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Reschedule a test appointment after import and confirm the client's email arrives in the trigger data before you map the recipient.
- Put the new date and time in the subject line, so the client sees the change without opening the email.
- Import the workflow again on Orufy Bookings' Appointment Cancelled trigger to send a matching email when a booking is called off.
Questions about this workflow
Does Orufy Bookings send its own reschedule email as well?
The workflow doesn't change Orufy's notification settings. Check them so clients don't receive two similar messages.
Which Gmail address do clients see the email from?
They see whichever Gmail address you link to this step. Replies go back to that inbox.
Does a new Orufy booking send this email too?
No. The trigger is Appointment Rescheduled. New Appointment is a separate Orufy Bookings trigger you could use in another workflow.
