The Generate Claude AI feedback on copy via Fluent Forms and send to Notion workflow on the FlowMattic canvas, with 3 steps across Fluent Forms, Anthropic (Claude), Notion
The workflow as it appears in the builder after import. Each step opens for editing.

What this workflow does

Getting a second opinion on a headline, an email or a product blurb usually means waiting for an editor. This workflow gives every draft a first review from Claude the moment it is submitted, and files the result where your team already plans content.

It starts with a Fluent Forms form on your WordPress site. A writer pastes the copy, plus anything else you ask for, such as the audience or the channel. FlowMattic hands those answers to Anthropic (Claude) through the Create a Completion action. You write the prompt there, so you decide what kind of feedback comes back: tone, clarity, length, a rewritten version, or all of these.

Claude's reply then becomes a new entry in a Notion database. Map the submitted draft and Claude's reply into its properties, and each review becomes a record your editors can open, comment on and track. The form entry also stays in Fluent Forms as usual.

No step filters the entries, so each form submission goes through Claude and on to Notion. Task History shows what Claude returned for every draft, which helps when you refine the prompt.

Feedback on blog intros before editing

Freelancers submit their opening paragraphs through the form. Claude comments on clarity and hook, and the editor reads draft and notes side by side in the Notion content database.

Checking ad copy against a brand voice

Put your voice guidelines in the Claude prompt. Each ad variant your team submits comes back with notes on where it drifts, stored as a Notion item for the campaign.

Coaching junior copywriters

New writers send practice pieces through Fluent Forms and get written feedback in a shared Notion database, so a senior writer can review the pattern over time.

How this workflow runs

What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.

  1. Step 1Trigger
    Fluent Forms New Form Submission

Starts the workflow whenever someone submits your Fluent Forms form. The pasted copy and any other answers, such as audience or format, become data the next two steps can use.

  2. Step 2Action
    Anthropic (Claude) Create a Completion

Sends a prompt to Claude with the submitted copy mapped in. Write the instructions yourself, for example what to check and how to lay out the feedback. Claude's reply is passed to the Notion step.

  3. Step 3Action
    Notion Create Database Item

Adds a new item to the Notion database you choose. Map the original draft, the writer's details and Claude's feedback into the database properties, and connect your Notion account on import.

What you need

  • FlowMatticCore
  • Fluent Forms PluginPlugin
  • Anthropic (Claude) AccountAccount
  • Notion AccountAccount

After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.

Make it yours

Changes worth making after you import it.

  • Add a dropdown to the form for the kind of copy (email, ad, landing page) and map it into the Claude prompt, so the feedback fits the format the writer chose.
  • Ask Claude in the prompt to answer in fixed sections, such as Strengths, Problems and Suggested rewrite. The Notion item is then easier to scan.
  • Submit one test draft after import so FlowMattic captures both the form fields and Claude's response, then finish mapping the Notion properties.

Questions about this workflow

Do I need an Anthropic API account for the Claude step?

Yes. The Create a Completion step runs through your own Anthropic (Claude) account, which you connect in FlowMattic when you import the workflow.

Does the Notion database need particular properties?

It needs properties for whatever you want to keep, such as a title, the draft text and the feedback. Create them in Notion first, then map the form answers and Claude's reply into them.

Can Claude edit the copy directly in Notion?

No. Claude only returns text to FlowMattic. The workflow stores that text in a new Notion item, and the writer applies any changes themselves.

Is the Fluent Forms entry still saved?

Yes. Fluent Forms keeps the submission as it normally would. The workflow reads it after submission and doesn't change how the form stores entries.

It is self hosted and wordpress based. So you can effectively run this on any shared hosting with unlimited tasks. And new integrations are constantly being added. It's crazy how valuable this tool is.

Henry H.

The software works really well, and the team is adding integrations constantly, so I'm positive it eventually will catch up with Zapier. The flows are very easy to create and if you have any doubt, the team will give you great support.
