Log each new 2Checkout order created to a Google Sheets spreadsheet
Every new order placed through 2Checkout is written to a fresh row in Google Sheets, so you have your own sales ledger to sort, total and share outside the 2Checkout control panel.

What this workflow does
2Checkout records your sales, but a spreadsheet is often where the numbers get used: monthly totals, a shared view for an accountant, or a check against other tools. This workflow builds that spreadsheet for you, one order at a time.
The 2Checkout trigger fires when a new order is placed. FlowMattic receives the order data and sends it to Google Sheets. The Add New Row step writes it to the spreadsheet and columns you choose, such as order number, customer, product and amount.
Each order adds exactly one row, and nothing is updated later. If an order is refunded or changes after it is placed, the sheet keeps the original row as it was. Place a test order after import and confirm in Task History which fields 2Checkout sends, then map the ones your ledger needs.
Monthly sales totals
A software seller sums the amount column at month end to check revenue against the 2Checkout payout report.
Sharing orders with an accountant
Your bookkeeper gets view access to the sheet, so they can see new 2Checkout orders without a login to your payment account.
Licence tracking for digital products
Each order row is the starting point for tracking which customer bought which product, with your own columns for licence notes.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
2Checkout Order CreatedFires when a new order is placed through 2Checkout. The order data is passed on so it can be mapped into the spreadsheet.
Google Sheets Add New RowAdds a row to your chosen Google Sheets spreadsheet for the order. Connect your Google account and map each 2Checkout order value to a column.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- 2Checkout AccountAccount
- Google Sheets AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Set up your columns before mapping, for example order reference, customer email, product and total, so the ledger has a consistent layout.
- If you sell several products, a Filter after the trigger can limit this sheet to one product line. Use a separate workflow for each other sheet.
- Add a Slack Send Channel Message step after the row step to tell your team about each new order in the same run.
Questions about this workflow
Are 2Checkout refunds reflected in the Google Sheet?
No. The workflow adds a row when an order is placed and never changes it afterwards. Track refunds separately or by hand.
Which 2Checkout order details can I log?
Whatever the Order Created event includes. Place a test order after import, look at the run in Task History, and map the fields you want.
Are existing 2Checkout orders copied to the sheet?
No. Only orders placed after you turn the workflow on are added. Copy earlier orders across by hand if you need a full history.
Can two 2Checkout orders end up in the same row?
No. Each order runs the workflow on its own and the Add New Row step writes a new row every time.
