Log each new DropFunnels course member in a Google Sheets spreadsheet

What this workflow does
DropFunnels runs your funnels and your courses, and a student roster that lives only inside it is hard to share. A spreadsheet lets you count enrolments, hand the list to a coach or check who joined this month. This workflow keeps that sheet filled for you.
The DropFunnels trigger fires when a course member is created. FlowMattic receives the member's details and passes them to the Google Sheets step. That step adds a new row to the spreadsheet you choose, with each column mapped to a member field such as name or email.
One new course member means one new row. The template does not check for earlier rows, so a person created as a member again would appear twice. Task History lets you review each run and the values written.
Roster for a coaching program
A coach selling a course through DropFunnels shares the student sheet with assistant coaches, who add a column to track check-in calls.
Monthly enrolment reporting
Add a date column and you can count new course members per month in the sheet without exporting from DropFunnels.
Handing students to a support team
Support staff who don't have DropFunnels access look up a student's email in the shared sheet when questions come in.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
DropFunnels Course Member CreatedFires when a new course member is created in DropFunnels. The member's details are sent on to Google Sheets for mapping.
Google Sheets Add New RowWrites the new DropFunnels member into a fresh row of the spreadsheet you pick. Connect your Google account on import and map each column to a member field.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- DropFunnels AccountAccount
- Google Sheets AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add a column for the date of each run, mapped from the trigger data if it has one, so the sheet shows when each member joined.
- Want the same students in your email tool? Add a Mailchimp or other email-list step after the Google Sheets step and map the member's email.
- Create a test course member in DropFunnels after import so FlowMattic has real fields to map.
Questions about this workflow
Does this list members from all my DropFunnels courses?
Yes, as imported. Every course member created starts a run. If the member data includes the course, map it to a column or add a Filter to keep one course only.
Are existing DropFunnels students added?
No. Only members created after the workflow is turned on reach the sheet.
Can I keep a separate sheet for each DropFunnels course?
Yes, if the member data identifies the course. Use a Router with one route per course, each with its own Google Sheets step.
What if Google Sheets is unavailable during a run?
That run shows an error on the Google Sheets step in Task History, with the data it tried to send, so you can add the row yourself.
