Log every completed Kixie call in a Google Sheets spreadsheet
Each time a Kixie call ends, this workflow adds a row to a Google Sheets spreadsheet with the call details you map, building a call log your team can sort, filter and share outside Kixie.

What this workflow does
Sales managers often want call activity in a spreadsheet: to count calls per rep, to share with someone who has no Kixie login, or to combine with other numbers. Exporting it by hand gets old fast. This workflow writes each call to a sheet when it ends.
The Kixie End Call trigger fires when a call ends. FlowMattic receives the call data and passes it to Google Sheets, where Add New Row writes it into the spreadsheet you pick. You choose which call fields fill which columns, such as the number dialled, the rep and the call's length, depending on what the event includes.
Every ended call adds a row, whether or not anyone picked up, since the template has no Filter. If you only want answered calls, add a Filter on a status field after checking a test run. Task History records each run and the data Kixie sent.
Daily call counts per rep
A sales lead builds a pivot table on the sheet to see how many calls each rep made that day, without pulling a Kixie report.
Sharing activity with a client
An outbound calling agency shares the sheet with its client, so they can see each call made on their campaign as it ends.
Joining call data with other numbers
An operations analyst looks up the call log from other sheets, such as deals closed, to compare calling activity with results.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Kixie End CallFires when a call ends in Kixie. The call's data is passed on so you can map it into the spreadsheet's columns.
Google Sheets Add New RowAdds one row per ended call to the Google Sheets spreadsheet you choose. Match each column to a Kixie call field and connect your Google account.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Kixie AccountAccount
- Google Sheets AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Make a test call after import and look at the data FlowMattic received. It shows which Kixie fields exist, such as caller, number or duration, before you set up the columns.
- Add a Filter after the trigger if you only want connected calls in the sheet. Base it on a call status or duration field from the test run, if Kixie sends one.
- Add the header row to the sheet before mapping, with one column per call detail you want to keep. The mapping step is clearer with named columns.
Questions about this workflow
Are missed or unanswered Kixie calls logged?
As imported, yes, if Kixie sends an End Call event for them. Nothing filters the runs. Add a Filter on a status or duration field to keep only connected calls.
Which call details can the sheet hold?
Whatever the Kixie End Call event carries. A test call shows the fields, and you map the ones you need into the spreadsheet's columns.
Will my older Kixie calls be added?
No. Only calls that end after the workflow is switched on are written to the sheet.
Does this change anything in my Kixie account or CRM?
No. The workflow only receives the End Call event and adds a row to Google Sheets. Your Kixie setup stays exactly as it was.
