Log every new AnyChat form submission to a Google Sheets spreadsheet
When a visitor submits a form in your AnyChat widget, this workflow adds the answers to a new row in Google Sheets, so every chat form entry is kept in one spreadsheet.

What this workflow does
An AnyChat form collects details from visitors, such as their name, email or what they need. Those answers are only useful if someone can find them later and pass them on. This workflow copies each submission into a spreadsheet that you and your team can open, sort and share.
The AnyChat trigger fires when a visitor submits a form. FlowMattic receives the submitted values and makes them available for mapping. The second step adds a row to the Google Sheets spreadsheet you pick, placing each answer in the column you map it to.
Each submission adds one row, and there is no check for duplicates, so a visitor who fills in the form twice appears twice. Run a test submission after import to see which values AnyChat sends, then match them to your columns. Task History keeps a record of every run if you need to check what was written.
Lead list for a sales team
Visitors who leave their details through the AnyChat form appear in a shared sheet that your sales team works through each morning.
Callback requests
A chat form asks for a phone number and a good time to call. Each request becomes a row your staff can mark as done.
Simple record for a small business
A shop or clinic without a CRM keeps every enquiry from the chat widget in one Google Sheet it can search later.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
AnyChat Form SubmissionRuns when a visitor submits a form in AnyChat. The submitted answers are passed on so you can map them into the spreadsheet.
Google Sheets Add New RowAdds a row to the Google Sheets spreadsheet you choose for each AnyChat submission. Map each answer to a column and connect your Google account.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- AnyChat AccountAccount
- Google Sheets AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add a header row to the sheet before mapping, with one column per form question plus a date, so each value has an obvious place.
- Submit the AnyChat form yourself after import, so FlowMattic captures a real submission to map from.
- Add a Filter after the trigger if you only want entries with an email address, using a condition that the email value is not empty.
Questions about this workflow
Does the workflow capture AnyChat conversations or only forms?
Only form submissions. The trigger is Form Submission, so chat messages that are not part of a submitted form do not reach the sheet.
What if the same visitor submits the AnyChat form twice?
Each submission adds its own row. The Google Sheets step does not check for an existing entry, so you will see both.
Are AnyChat submissions made before import added?
No. Only forms submitted after the workflow is turned on are written to the sheet.
Can I send AnyChat form entries to a CRM as well?
Yes. Add another action step after Google Sheets, such as a CRM app supported by FlowMattic, and map the same form values into it.
