What this workflow does
Form entries that sit unread in a dashboard turn into slow replies. If your team already works in Slack, the quickest way to get a new Form2chat entry noticed is to post it where they are talking. This workflow does that for each submission.
Each entry that Form2chat receives starts a run of this workflow. The answers in that entry become data you can map. Then Slack receives a new post in whichever channel you chose for these alerts. You write the message text and insert the answers you want people to see, such as the name, the email and what the person asked for.
There is no Filter in the template, so every submission produces a message. That suits a channel set aside for form alerts. Each run is listed in Task History, along with the message sent to Slack, which helps when you need to trace a submission that seems to be missing.
