Post new Unbounce form submissions to a Slack channel
Each time a visitor submits a form on one of your Unbounce landing pages, this workflow posts the submission to a Slack channel, so your team sees new leads where they already talk.

What this workflow does
Unbounce landing pages collect leads, but the entries sit in the Unbounce dashboard until someone logs in to look. If your sales or marketing team lives in Slack, a message in a shared channel is the quickest way for them to notice a new lead. This workflow posts one message per submission.
The Unbounce trigger runs on New Form Submission. FlowMattic receives the submitted fields and passes them to Slack, where Send Channel Message posts to the #channel you choose. You write the message text and place form fields in it, such as the name, email and the page the lead came from if your form sends it.
Every submission produces a message, including test entries. Each run appears in Task History, so you can check what Unbounce sent and what was posted.
Lead alerts for a sales team
A #new-leads channel gets a message for every demo request from your Unbounce page, and whoever is free picks it up.
Campaign launch monitoring
During a paid campaign, the marketing channel shows each Unbounce sign-up as it arrives, so you can see the landing page is collecting entries.
Agency client channel
An agency posts submissions from a client's Unbounce page into a shared Slack channel the client can read.

What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Unbounce AccountAccount
- Slack AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- To post into a private channel, swap this step for Slack's Send Private Channel Message action. To notify one person instead, use Send Direct Message.
- Add a Filter after the trigger that skips submissions whose email contains your own domain, so internal test entries stay out of the channel.
- Submit one test entry on your Unbounce page after import so FlowMattic captures the form fields, then build the Slack message from them.
Questions about this workflow
Will Send Channel Message reach a private Slack channel?
Use Slack's separate Send Private Channel Message action for a private channel. The Send Channel Message step in this template posts to a #channel you select.
Which Unbounce fields can I put in the Slack message?
Whatever your Unbounce form sends with the submission. Send a test entry after import to see the exact fields, then place them in the message.
Does this stop Unbounce from storing the lead?
No. FlowMattic only reads the Unbounce entry. Unbounce keeps the lead as usual, and the Slack message is an extra copy for your team.
Can Unbounce leads also go to a CRM, not only Slack?
Yes, after import. Add a CRM step after the Slack step, such as a FluentCRM or HubSpot contact action, and map the same Unbounce fields into it.
