The When a booking is created in TuCalendi, check if the email is valid with EmailListVerify, and create a new lead in Maillbluster workflow on the FlowMattic canvas, with 3 steps across TuCalendi, EmailListVerify, Mailbluster
The workflow as it appears in the builder after import. Each step opens for editing.

What this workflow does

People who book a call or appointment are good contacts for your mailing list. Typos in the address they enter, though, mean emails that never arrive. This workflow checks each booker's address and then adds them to Mailbluster.

The TuCalendi New Booking Created trigger fires when a new booking is made. FlowMattic sends the booker's email to EmailListVerify with the Verify Single Email action, and the response becomes data you can map. After the check, the workflow adds the booker as a new lead in Mailbluster from the booking details.

As imported, every booking reaches Mailbluster whatever the verification says. Nothing between the check and the lead step stops a bad address. If you want only verified addresses added, put a Filter on the EmailListVerify result before the Mailbluster step.

Consultants growing a newsletter

Each client who books a discovery call in TuCalendi becomes a Mailbluster lead, so they can receive your newsletter after the call.

Clinics checking contact details

Patients book online and sometimes mistype their email. The EmailListVerify result shows which booking addresses may not work before you rely on them for reminders.

Course creators with free sessions

Bookings for a free intro session feed Mailbluster, where you can follow up about your paid course.

How this workflow runs

What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.

  1. Step 1Trigger
    TuCalendi New Booking Created

Starts whenever someone makes a new TuCalendi booking. The booking details, including the booker's email, are passed to the next steps. Make a test booking to see which fields TuCalendi sends.

  2. Step 2Action
    EmailListVerify Verify Single Email

Sends the booker's email address to EmailListVerify to check it. Map the TuCalendi email field here. The result comes back as data, but the workflow continues to Mailbluster whatever it says.

  3. Step 3Action
    Mailbluster Create a New Lead

Adds the TuCalendi booker to Mailbluster as a lead. Map the email and any name fields from TuCalendi. Check the step's options in a test run to see whether the EmailListVerify result can be stored on the lead.

What you need

  • FlowMatticCore
  • TuCalendi AccountAccount
  • EmailListVerify AccountAccount
  • Mailbluster AccountAccount

After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.

Make it yours

Changes worth making after you import it.

  • Add a Filter between EmailListVerify and Mailbluster that continues only when the result equals the value EmailListVerify returns for a valid address. A test booking shows you the exact value to use.
  • If the Mailbluster step offers a field that can hold it, map the verification result there so you can leave doubtful addresses out of campaigns later.
  • Add the TuCalendi Booking Cancelled trigger in a separate workflow if you want to track bookers who cancel.

Questions about this workflow

Are invalid TuCalendi booking emails kept out of Mailbluster?

Not as imported. Every booking creates a Mailbluster lead, whatever EmailListVerify returns. Add a Filter on the verification result before the Mailbluster step to keep failed addresses out.

Do I need an EmailListVerify account for this workflow?

Yes. The check runs through the EmailListVerify account you connect after import, once for every new TuCalendi booking.

What if a TuCalendi booker's email already exists in Mailbluster?

The template uses Create a New Lead. How Mailbluster handles an address it already has depends on Mailbluster, so test with a known address and check the response in Task History.

Does editing a TuCalendi booking add another Mailbluster lead?

No. The trigger is New Booking Created. Edits to a booking are a separate TuCalendi trigger that this template doesn't use.

Was spending much more on Zapier and running out of tasks, now have unlimited tasks. Team is continuing to add integrations and taking feedback. Creator of company is ultra responsive to emails and helpful always.

It's an exceptional product. Works great and extremely valuable. I saved thousands of dollard on Zapier, as Flowmattic makes me able to host the automation myself. And very deeply integrates with the products I need.
