What this workflow does
An entry with a mistyped or fake address looks the same in your form inbox as a real one. You only find out when your reply bounces. This workflow runs a check on the address as the entry comes in and records the answer next to it.
When a visitor submits a Gravity Forms form, FlowMattic picks up the entry and sends its email field to MailRefine using Verify Single Email. MailRefine's response is then available to map. The final step adds a row in Google Sheets holding the form answers and, in a column you set up, the verification result.
Every entry reaches the sheet, valid or not, because nothing in the template acts on the result. That gives you a complete log where each address is marked. To keep failed addresses out, add a Filter between the MailRefine and Google Sheets steps.

Are Gravity Forms entries with a bad email left out of the sheet?
Not as imported. Every entry is added along with the MailRefine result. A Filter after the MailRefine step is the change that keeps failed addresses out.
Does MailRefine stop Gravity Forms from accepting the entry?
