What this workflow does
Outgrow captures leads through interactive content such as quizzes, calculators and assessments. Those leads are most useful in the place your team plans its follow-up. If that place is Smartsheet, this workflow writes each new lead into a sheet as it is created.
The Outgrow trigger is New Lead, which fires when a new lead is created. FlowMattic takes the lead data and hands it to Smartsheet, where Add Row to Sheet writes a row to the sheet you choose. You map each Outgrow field, such as the name, email and the answers your content collects, to a column.
Every lead gets its own row, even if the same person takes your quiz twice. Nothing here edits or removes rows already in Smartsheet. You can follow each run in Task History.
