What this workflow does
Form submissions that need a follow-up are easy to leave in an inbox. If you already plan your work in Todoist, the simplest fix is for each submission to arrive there as a task. This workflow does that for FormDesigner forms.
The FormDesigner trigger, New Submission, fires when a submission is added for a form. Each answer in the FormDesigner entry is then available to map. The Todoist step, Create Task, then creates a new task that you build from those answers, such as a task name made from the person's name and request.
Each submission makes one task, with no filtering in the template. Spam or test entries become tasks too, unless you add a Filter. Completing the task in Todoist doesn't change anything in FormDesigner. Every FormDesigner run appears in Task History.
