What this workflow does

A WPForms form accepts whatever address a visitor types, including typos and made-up ones. If you collect leads or sign-ups in a spreadsheet, you only find the bad ones when your emails bounce. This workflow runs a check on each address as the entry arrives and stores the answer beside it.

When someone submits a WPForms form, FlowMattic sends the email field to Email List Validation through its Verify Single Email action. The service's reply becomes data you can map. The last step adds a row in Google Sheets with the form answers and a column for the verification result.

As imported, the check does not decide anything. Every submission continues to the sheet, whether the address passes or fails, so the sheet is a full log with each address marked. If you want failed addresses kept out, add a Filter between the two actions. Task History shows each run and what Email List Validation returned.
