What this workflow does
Typos and made-up addresses in a sign-up form end up as bounces in your Brevo campaigns. Checking each address as it arrives tells you which contacts are worth emailing. Here the check sits between the Elementor form and the Brevo contact.
When a visitor submits an Elementor Pro form, FlowMattic sends the email field to Emailable with Verify Single Email. Emailable's answer is then available to later steps. Then the Brevo ( Sendinblue ) step creates a new contact from the form fields you choose.
Know this before importing: there is no Filter between the check and Brevo, so every submission becomes a contact whatever Emailable says. The check is there for you to use. You can store its result on the contact, or add a Filter so only addresses that pass go on to Brevo. The tips explain both. Task History shows each run, including the Emailable response.
Newsletter sign-up in a site footer

Adds the person to Brevo as a new contact using the form data. Map the email and any name fields from the form. As imported, this step runs for every submission, whatever Emailable returned.

- Place a Filter between Emailable and Brevo that continues only when the verification result equals the value Emailable returns for a deliverable address. A test run shows you what that value looks like.
- If the Brevo step lets you fill your own contact attributes, add one in Brevo for the verification result and map Emailable's response into it, so you can segment by it later.
- Submit two test entries after import, one with your real address and one made up, so both kinds of Emailable response are captured before you map or filter on them.
Questions about this workflow
Does Emailable stop invalid addresses from reaching Brevo?
Not as imported. Every submission continues to the Brevo step whatever the check returns. Add a Filter after the Emailable step if you want failed addresses kept out.
What happens when the Elementor entry's email is already in Brevo?
The step is Create a New Contact, so Brevo may refuse an address that already exists. Task History shows Brevo's response on that step for any entry it didn't accept.
Will this Emailable and Brevo flow work with free Elementor?
No. The form widget the trigger listens to is an Elementor Pro feature, and it must be on the same WordPress site as FlowMattic.
Does Emailable use credits for each Elementor submission?
The Verify Single Email step runs once per submission through your Emailable account. Check your Emailable account for how verifications are counted on your plan.
