This workflow lets a status change in ClickUp start a Browse AI robot that collects that information, so it is gathered at the point the project moves.

The ClickUp trigger fires when the status of a task is updated. It runs on every status change, not only when a task is completed, and the task's details, such as its name and new status, are passed on. Check a test run to see what your workspace sends.

Next, Browse AI starts a single task with a robot you trained. It ships unmapped: after import you connect your account, choose the robot and map ClickUp data into its inputs, for example a URL stored in a custom field on the task.
