What this workflow does
Dukaan shows an order's current status, but not always an easy way to see how orders moved over a week or a month. A running log in Google Sheets gives you that view. This workflow writes one row each time an order's status is updated, so you can count cancellations, spot orders stuck in processing, or share the history with someone who doesn't use your Dukaan dashboard.
The Dukaan Order Status Updated trigger starts a run whenever there is an update on an order's status. It doesn't matter which status the order moves to: every change starts a run, and the order data is passed on.
The Google Sheets step then adds a new row. It ships unmapped, so after import you pick the spreadsheet and sheet and map order fields into your columns, such as the order ID, the new status, the customer and the total.
Because each change adds a row, an order that moves to accepted, then shipped, then delivered appears three times. That's what makes the sheet a history. If you'd rather log only one status, such as cancelled, add a Filter as shown in the tips. Run a test by changing a test order's status and check Task History for the data Dukaan sent.

- Map the order's status into its own column, so you can filter the sheet by status or count rows per status with a formula.
- Put a Filter between the Dukaan trigger and the Google Sheets step that continues only when the status contains cancel, if you want a cancellations-only sheet. Check a test run for the exact status text Dukaan sends.
- Leave a blank column at the end of the sheet for your own notes, such as a cancellation reason. The workflow only fills the columns you map, so it won't touch it.
- Freeze the header row in Google Sheets and keep column names stable, since the mapping in the step points at those columns.
Questions about this workflow
Will one Dukaan order create several rows?
Yes. Each status update starts a run and adds a new row, so an order shows up once for each change. Sort by order ID to read its history.
Can I log only cancelled Dukaan orders?
Yes. Put a Filter between the Order Status Updated trigger and the Add New Row step, checking that the status field contains cancel. Every other change then stops before reaching the sheet.
Are orders from before I turned the workflow on added?
No. Only status changes that happen while the workflow is active start a run. Export older orders from Dukaan if you want them in the sheet.
Does it update the existing row when the status changes again?
No. The Google Sheets step only adds rows, so the earlier entry stays as it was and a new one is added below it.
