When New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads, Create Translation in CAMB AI
Every new lead from your Facebook Lead Ads forms is sent to CAMB AI with its Create Translation action, so text from the lead is translated into another language as soon as it arrives.

What this workflow does
Ads that run in several countries bring in leads who write in their own language. Before anyone on your team can read a free-text answer, it has to be translated. This workflow passes text from each new lead to a translation service the moment Facebook delivers it.
The Facebook Lead Ads trigger fires when a new lead is created on a form you connect. FlowMattic receives the lead's answers and passes them to CAMB AI, whose Create Translation action translates text into another language. You choose which lead answer to map into that step, and a test run shows what else it asks for.
That is where the template ends. CAMB AI's response is available as data in the run, but no step stores or sends it. To make use of it, add a step after CAMB AI, such as a Google Sheets row or a message to your sales team. Run a test lead first and look at the CAMB AI response in Task History, so you know which values you can map into that next step.
Reading open answers from foreign-language ads
A campaign in Spain asks prospects what they need. Each lead's free-text answer goes to CAMB AI so your English-speaking team can follow it once you add a step that stores the result.
Testing translation before building more
Import the two steps, send a test lead, and check the CAMB AI output in Task History before you decide where translated leads should go.
One form, several markets
A single lead form runs in more than one region. Sending its answers through CAMB AI gives you text in one working language for every lead.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Facebook Lead Ads New LeadFires when a new lead is submitted through the Facebook Lead Ads form you connect. The lead's answers become data you can map in the CAMB AI step.
CAMB AI Create TranslationSends the lead text you map to CAMB AI to be translated into another language. The response stays in the run until you add a step after this one that uses it.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Facebook Lead Ads AccountAccount
- CAMB AI AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add a Google Sheets Add New Row step after CAMB AI and map both the original answer and the CAMB AI response, so each lead is stored with its translation.
- Send one test lead through your Facebook form after import, then open the run in Task History to see exactly what CAMB AI returned.
- If your form asks for a country or language, add a Filter before CAMB AI on that answer so only leads who need translation are sent.
Questions about this workflow
Where does the CAMB AI translation end up?
It stays inside the workflow run when imported. You can read the CAMB AI response in Task History. Add a step such as Google Sheets, email or Slack after CAMB AI to store or send it.
Which Facebook lead answer gets translated?
The one you map into the CAMB AI step. A free-text question is the usual choice, since names and emails do not need translating.
Must I connect CAMB AI as well as Facebook to use this?
Yes. The translation step runs through your CAMB AI account, which you connect in FlowMattic, alongside the Facebook account that owns your lead forms.
Can CAMB AI also read the translated lead text aloud?
CAMB AI in FlowMattic has a Create Translated Text-to-Speech action. You could add it or swap it in, but this template only uses Create Translation.
