When a new submission received in Elementor Pro Forms, check if the email is valid with VerifyBee, and create a new contact in Sendinblue

When an Elementor Pro form is submitted, FlowMattic checks the email address with VerifyBee and then creates a contact in Brevo (Sendinblue), with the verification result available to store or act on.

The When a new submission received in Elementor Pro Forms, check if the email is valid with VerifyBee, and create a new contact in Sendinblue workflow on the FlowMattic canvas, with 3 steps across Elementor, VerifyBee, Brevo ( Sendinblue )
The workflow as it appears in the builder after import. Each step opens for editing.

What this workflow does

A newsletter list fills with mistyped and fake addresses when a form sends everything straight to your email tool. Checking each address on the way in tells you which contacts are worth emailing. This workflow runs that check between your Elementor form and Brevo.

The Elementor trigger fires on each submission of an Elementor Pro form. FlowMattic sends the submitted email to VerifyBee with its Verify Email action, and VerifyBee's response becomes data you can map. The last step creates a contact in Brevo ( Sendinblue ) from the form fields you choose.

As imported, nothing stops on a bad result: the Brevo contact is created for every submission. That gives you the check result per address, which you can save to a Brevo attribute if your account has one for it. To keep failed addresses out of Brevo, add a Filter between VerifyBee and Brevo, as the tips explain.

Webinar sign-ups on an Elementor landing page

Registrants are checked by VerifyBee before they become Brevo contacts, so you know which reminder emails are likely to reach a real inbox.

Gated download forms

People enter an email to get a PDF. VerifyBee's result shows which addresses look fake before you send follow-up emails from Brevo.

Spotting form spam on a busy site

A run of failed verifications in Task History points to bot submissions hitting your Elementor form.

How this workflow runs

What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.

  1. Step 1Trigger
    Elementor New Form Submission

Runs each time a visitor submits an Elementor Pro form on your WordPress site. The form fields are passed to the VerifyBee and Brevo steps.

  2. Step 2Action
    VerifyBee Verify Email

Sends the submitted email address to VerifyBee for checking. Map the form's email field and connect your VerifyBee account. The response can then be used in later steps.

  3. Step 3Action
Brevo ( Sendinblue ) Create a New Contact

Creates a contact in Brevo (Sendinblue) from the form data you map. Connect your Brevo account and choose where the contact goes using the options this step shows.

What you need

  • FlowMatticCore
  • Elementor PluginPlugin
  • VerifyBee AccountAccount
  • Brevo ( Sendinblue ) AccountAccount

After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.

Make it yours

Changes worth making after you import it.

  • Place a Filter between VerifyBee and Brevo that continues only when VerifyBee's result shows a valid address. Run one test with a real email first to see what value VerifyBee returns.
  • Swap that Filter for a Router if invalid addresses should still be saved somewhere, such as a Google Sheet you review by hand.
  • Make the email field required in the Elementor form so every submission gives VerifyBee an address to check.

Questions about this workflow

Are invalid emails kept out of Brevo as imported?

No. Every Elementor submission creates a Brevo contact, whatever VerifyBee returns. Add a Filter after the VerifyBee step to stop invalid addresses.

Does the Elementor trigger work with the free Elementor plugin?

No. Forms are an Elementor Pro feature, so Elementor Pro must be active on the site where FlowMattic runs.

Do I need a VerifyBee account for the email check?

Yes. The Verify Email step uses your VerifyBee account, which you connect in FlowMattic when you set up the step.

What if the address already exists in Brevo?

The step creates contacts, so Brevo decides how to treat an address it already has. Task History shows the Brevo response for that run.

It's an exceptional product. Works great and extremely valuable. I saved thousands of dollard on Zapier, as Flowmattic makes me able to host the automation myself. And very deeply integrates with the products I need.

Tijn

Ease of use and terrific support from the founder. Tons of integrations and regular updates. The Flowmattic custom app is great especially if you want to integrate apps that aren't available yet inside Flowmattic.
