What this workflow does
Consolto collects leads from people who reach out to you through it. If the sales team works from Slack and doesn't keep Consolto open all day, a new lead can wait until someone happens to check. This workflow brings each one into the channel where they already talk.
The Consolto New Lead trigger fires when a new lead is collected. FlowMattic takes the lead data Consolto sends and passes it to Slack, where the Send Channel Message action posts a message to the channel you choose. You write the message and drop in lead details, such as a name or contact information, wherever you want them.
Every new lead produces one Slack message. The workflow only posts, so it doesn't change anything in Consolto, and nothing is written back from Slack. Each run appears in Task History along with the data Consolto sent, which is handy when you are deciding what to put in the message.
