Save new Mautic form submissions to Google Sheets spreadsheet
Each time someone submits a Mautic form, this workflow adds the answers to a new row in Google Sheets, so you have a plain, shareable list of submissions outside your marketing tool.

What this workflow does
Mautic keeps form results with its contacts, which works for campaigns but less well for a colleague who just wants a list. Sales reps, clients and managers often find a spreadsheet easier to read, sort and share. This workflow copies each Mautic form submission into Google Sheets as it happens.
The Mautic trigger is Form Submit, which fires when a form is submitted in Mautic. The submitted values become data you can map. The Google Sheets step then adds a new row to the spreadsheet you choose, with each column holding the form field you assign to it.
Every submission adds its own row, so a person who fills in the form twice appears twice. The workflow doesn't change anything in Mautic, and your forms and campaigns work as before. Task History shows each run along with the values written to the sheet.
Webinar sign-ups shared with a co-host
A webinar registration form in Mautic fills a Google Sheet the partner company can open, without giving them access to your Mautic instance.
Demo requests for a sales team
Reps who don't use Mautic work through a sheet of demo requests and add their own notes in extra columns as they call each lead.
Survey answers ready for charts
Responses to a short Mautic survey form collect in Google Sheets, where you can build charts and pivot tables from the answers.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.

What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Mautic AccountAccount
- Google Sheets AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Submit the Mautic form once after import so FlowMattic captures its fields, then assign them to the right columns in the Google Sheets step.
- If your Mautic instance has several forms and only one belongs in this sheet, add a Filter after the trigger that continues for that form's name or ID.
- To hear about each Mautic entry as well as log it, add a Slack or email step after Google Sheets that names the person who just submitted the form.
Questions about this workflow
Does every Mautic form feed the same sheet?
Look at how the Mautic trigger is set up once imported. If it reacts to all forms, add a Filter on the form name or ID so only the one you want writes rows.
Do Mautic contacts change when submissions go to Google Sheets?
No. The workflow only reads the submission and writes a row. Mautic handles the form, contacts and campaigns as it normally would.
What if the same person submits the Mautic form twice?
You get two rows. The Google Sheets step adds a row for every submission and does not look for an earlier one.
Will earlier Mautic submissions appear in the spreadsheet?
No. Only forms submitted after the workflow is turned on are added. Export older results from Mautic if you need them in the sheet.
