When a new submission received in Elementor Pro Forms, check if the email is valid with Bounceless, and create a new contact in Sendinblue
When a visitor submits an Elementor Pro form, this workflow checks their email address with Bounceless and then creates a contact in Brevo (Sendinblue), with the check result there to map.

What this workflow does
An email list built from website forms collects mistakes: typos, old addresses, made-up ones. Sending campaigns to them hurts your sender reputation in Brevo. This workflow runs each address through Bounceless before the contact is created, so you know which ones checked out.
Each run starts with an entry in one of your Elementor Pro forms. FlowMattic sends the email field to Bounceless with Verify Email, and the response is available for the next step. Brevo (Sendinblue) then gets a new contact with the fields you map, and you can store the Bounceless result in a contact attribute.
As imported, nothing sits between the check and Brevo. Every submission is created as a contact whatever Bounceless returns. If you want only verified addresses in Brevo, add a Filter, as the tips describe. Task History records each run step by step.
Newsletter sign-up in a site footer
An Elementor Pro footer form collects sign-ups. Each one is checked by Bounceless and lands in Brevo with its result, so you can leave failed ones out of campaigns.
Event registration form
Registrants fill in an Elementor form. Brevo gets each person as a contact for reminder emails, with a flag showing whether their address passed.
Ebook download gate
Visitors trade their email for a download. Verification shows which leads gave real addresses before you add them to a nurture series.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Elementor New Form SubmissionStarts the run as soon as an Elementor Pro form on your site is sent. Each field from the form, including the email address, is passed on.
Bounceless Verify EmailSends the submitted email address to Bounceless for verification. Map the form's email field and connect your Bounceless account. The response is passed to the Brevo step.
Brevo ( Sendinblue ) Create a New ContactCreates a new contact in Brevo from the form data. Map the email, names and any attributes, including one for the Bounceless result if you add it, and connect Brevo.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Elementor PluginPlugin
- Bounceless AccountAccount
- Brevo ( Sendinblue ) AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add a Filter between Bounceless and Brevo that continues only when the result shows the address is valid. Check a test run first to see the value Bounceless returns.
- Create a Brevo contact attribute such as EMAIL_CHECK and map the Bounceless result to it, so you can build segments on it later.
- Submit one entry with your real address and one with a fake address after import, then compare the two Bounceless responses in Task History.
Questions about this workflow
Does this keep failed addresses out of Brevo?
Not as imported. Every Elementor submission becomes a Brevo contact. Add a Filter after the Bounceless step to stop addresses that fail.
What happens when the form's email already belongs to a Brevo contact?
The step creates contacts, and Brevo may refuse an email it already holds. Task History shows Brevo's response. Brevo also has an Update a Contact action for existing people.
Does the Elementor Pro form keep its own email and save actions?
Yes. The workflow listens to the form and doesn't change its actions, so Elementor Pro handles the entry as it normally would.
Is a Bounceless account needed for the email check?
Yes. Each check runs through your Bounceless account, connected on import. Check your plan with Bounceless for how many checks it covers.
