Ideas arrive as a sentence or two, and turning them into something a team can discuss takes time. This workflow gives every submitted idea a first-draft brief, so people can react to a structured page instead of a single line in a form entry.
A visitor fills in your Fluent Forms form, which needs fields named idea and name. FlowMattic sends the idea text to OpenAI (ChatGPT) with a prompt asking it to expand the idea into a one-page brief covering goals, steps and risks. The template uses the gpt-4o model with a 600-token limit on the reply. The response then goes to Google Drive as a new file created from text, named "Brief" followed by the submitter's name.
The idea is the only form answer included in the prompt; the name is used just for the file name. The brief is a draft from the model, so expect to edit it before sharing. Run one test submission after import to see where the file lands in Drive.

Both files get the same name, "Brief" plus the name. Google Drive allows files with matching names, so add the date or another field to the file name if you want them easy to tell apart.

No. Only the idea field is placed in the prompt. Add other fields to the prompt yourself if the brief should use them.
