What this workflow does
Some teams plan and do the work in GoodDay.Work while reviewers, clients or another department live in ClickUp. Closing a task in one tool tells nobody in the other. This workflow gives each closed GoodDay.Work task a matching review item in ClickUp.
The GoodDay.Work trigger fires when a task is closed. FlowMattic receives that task's data and passes it to ClickUp, where Create Task adds a task in the location you choose. You write its name and description from the closed task's values, for example "Review: " followed by the original title.
The two tasks are not linked afterwards. If the GoodDay.Work task is reopened, the ClickUp task stays as it is, and closing the ClickUp task changes nothing in GoodDay.Work. Close a test task after import to see what data arrives. You can follow each review task's creation in Task History.

Does closing the ClickUp review task update GoodDay.Work?
No. The workflow only goes one way. It reads closed GoodDay.Work tasks and creates ClickUp tasks; nothing flows back.
What if a GoodDay.Work task is closed, reopened and closed again?
Each close fires the trigger again, so a re-closed task gives you a second ClickUp review task. Delete the extra one in ClickUp if the first review still stands.
Will tasks closed in GoodDay.Work before import reach ClickUp?
No. Only tasks closed after you turn the workflow on start a run.
