What this workflow does
People who subscribe to your AnnounceKit changelog have shown interest in what you ship. Your newsletters and launch emails go out from Mailchimp, though, and the two lists do not share subscribers on their own. This workflow adds each new AnnounceKit subscriber to Mailchimp.
The AnnounceKit trigger is New Subscriber, which fires when a new subscriber is added. FlowMattic receives their details and passes them to Add New Member in Mailchimp. You map the subscriber's email, and a name if AnnounceKit sends one, into the audience you choose.
If the person is already in that audience, the step updates the existing member instead of adding a second one. The workflow stops after Mailchimp, and any welcome email comes from automations you set up there.

Do unsubscribes in AnnounceKit remove people from Mailchimp?
No. The template only reacts to new subscribers. Unsubscribing in AnnounceKit does not change the Mailchimp audience.
