When a new contact is added in Signable, add the contact to Sendinblue

When a new contact is added in Signable, this workflow creates the same person as a contact in Brevo (Sendinblue), so the people you send documents to can also get your email campaigns.

Signable Brevo ( Sendinblue )

2 steps Setup ~5 min Used on 1.9k sites Free to import

The When a new contact is added in Signable, add the contact to Sendinblue workflow on the FlowMattic canvas, with 2 steps across Signable, Brevo ( Sendinblue )
The workflow as it appears in the builder after import. Each step opens for editing.

What this workflow does

Contacts in Signable are the people you send documents to sign: clients, suppliers, new hires. Your email marketing in Brevo never sees them unless you copy them over. This workflow creates a Brevo contact each time Signable gets a new one.

The Signable Add Contact trigger fires when a new contact is added to your Signable account. Their details become data you can map. The Brevo ( Sendinblue ) step then runs Create a New Contact with the email and other values you choose.

The Brevo action creates contacts. If the email is already in Brevo, check the response in Task History for that run to see how Brevo handled it. Being a Signable contact is not the same as agreeing to marketing emails, so decide which Brevo list these people belong on and whether you need their consent before you email them.

Client onboarding emails

A consultancy adds each new client to Signable for the contract. The client also appears in Brevo, where an onboarding email series is waiting.

Supplier contact list

Suppliers who sign agreements through Signable end up in a Brevo list you use for policy and schedule updates.

Tenant communications for a letting agent

New tenants added in Signable for lease signing are created in Brevo, so service notices reach them by email.

How this workflow runs

What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.

  1. Step 1Trigger
    Signable Add Contact

Fires when a new contact is added in Signable. The contact's details are passed on for the Brevo step to use.

  2. Step 2Action
Brevo ( Sendinblue ) Create a New Contact

Creates a contact in Brevo (Sendinblue) from the Signable details. Map the email address and any name fields, and connect your Brevo account.

What you need

  • FlowMatticCore
  • Signable AccountAccount
  • Brevo ( Sendinblue ) AccountAccount

After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.

Make it yours

Changes worth making after you import it.

  • Add a contact in Signable after import so FlowMattic captures a real example, then map its fields in the Brevo step.
  • If you need to change details for people already in Brevo, the catalog's Update a Contact action for Brevo is the one to use in a separate workflow.
  • Add a Filter after the trigger if only some Signable contacts should go to Brevo, for example by an email domain your test run shows.

Questions about this workflow

Does this send anything to the Signable contact?

No. The workflow only creates the Brevo contact. Whether that person gets emails depends on the lists and campaigns you set up in Brevo.

What happens if the Signable contact is already in Brevo?

The template uses Create a New Contact. Task History shows Brevo's reply for that run, so test with an existing address to see what your account returns.

Are contacts added in Signable before I import this copied to Brevo?

No. Only contacts added after the workflow is turned on start a run.

Ease of use and terrific support from the founder. Tons of integrations and regular updates. The Flowmattic custom app is great especially if you want to integrate apps that aren't available yet inside Flowmattic.
